The location is fantastic, with stunning views and a short walk to the town center. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. There's great dining nearby, and the RSL Coral Sea restaurant is worth the visit. Families will enjoy the pool area, and fishing enthusiasts can easily rent boats to catch fish.

Car parking is very tight. The pool area is noisy.

The apartments were generous in size and well laid out. The facilities were really great (I felt like I was in a home away from home - absolutely loved having a decent washing machine and dryer). The staff appear to take pride in caring for the property as if it is their own home. The apartments are situated at a very nice distance from the shopping centre/restaurants - the distance being most suitable for a reasonable walk/exercise friendly. The walk over the causeway to Fish Pen Road was also exercise friendly and if you were feeling really energetic, the distance along Fish Pen Road to the beach was reasonable. The views of the Fish Pen from the balconies are really pleasant - we even took some beautiful photos both early morning and in the evening (where the water was like a mirror and reflections were exquisite). There is a very nice swimming pool (not too big), but the weather was far too cold for us to use it. Also the BBQ area is very big and very clean. There was a group that used the area on one of the nights of our visit - they seemed to enjoy themselves very much (the food smelt very yummy) and they did not overstay their time in the courtyard (which meant that when we went to bed, we were not disturbed by noise of people in the courtyard).

We found everything to be satisfactory and if there had been an issue, we would have taken it up with the management directly.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. the staff provided a pillow top for the firm bed. Central location with secure parking. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities.

The pool area was beautifully kept, and the location here is absolutely stunning, making it easy to walk around and enjoy the lagoon.

Apartment 19 was well appointed and spacious. Management was friendly and efficient. Outlook was lovely. A very pleasant stay.

From the moment my wife and arrived we were truly pampered. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing that detracted from our stay.

I had a lovely stay for 6 nights in July, and the weather was absolutely clear. the staff at the apartments were extremely friendly, which made my experience even better. I really enjoyed my stay in the spacious and modern room with beautiful water views. the location was excellent, conveniently situated near shops, the beach, restaurants, and popular tourist spots. Everything was simply modern and comfortable, making for a great getaway.

The property was DELUXE with welcoming and pleasant staff with excellent service by manager, I enjoyed the stay.

the hotel was quiet with picturesque views and a convenient location within walking distance of the beach. the rooms were beautifully maintained and new-fashioned, had a hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The location of Albacore Apartments in Merimbula is fantastic, close to shops and with beautiful lake views. The staff, especially Holly and a polite young man, were professional and pleasant. the parking is tight, and the pool area may not be relaxing for all guests. Some rooms need upgrades, like room 22 with a disappointing bathroom and bed. A warmer light in the bathroom, a separate fan switch, and a fry pan in the kitchen would be welcomed additions. Smoky smells lingered in some rooms despite efforts to clear them.

The location was good the care takers were nice

I was very disappointed we stayed in a studio apartment and there was no way that it was 4.5 star I would give it a 3 star maybe 3.5 star I stayed there because it was advertised as a 4.5 star which I thought I got a good deal for my money and how wrong was I.

1. Location. Next to beach, next to town with shops and restaurants. 2. Room itself. Spacious. Fantastic view. Balcony.

The room was not cleaned, beds were not made up. For the money paid I would expect it.

the furnishings were modern and cozy, and having a smart tv was a nice touch. the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, making everything feel convenient. the view of the lake from our lovely balcony was breathtaking, and its close proximity to local shops and attractions made it a perfect spot for our holiday relaxation.
